FAQ
The motor does not start
- Check the cable for damage.
- Check the socket: Check the power supply to the socket by plugging in a small device such as a cell phone charger and check that it is charging
No water comes out
- Check that there is enough water in the tank and top up if necessary.
- Has the outlet button been pressed? If not, press it.
- Check whether water is being pumped into the hose and whether the outlet is blocked.
Low suction power
- Check whether the dirty water tank is full and empty it if necessary.
- Check whether the pipe opening is blocked and clean it if necessary.
- If the appliance has been used continuously for a long period of time, allow it to cool down for 10 minutes and then proceed with cleaning.
Leaking
- Check the pipe opening for water leakage at the seal.
- Check the water tank for damage such as cracks or if water is leaking from the seal.
- Check whether the water leakage is coming from the appliance itself.
- Check the plug connections between the appliance and the hose as well as the plug connection between the hose and the brush head. Replace the hose or the brush, depending on which part is leaking.
Cleaning result not as expected
1. prepare the surface: First spray water onto the surface to be treated. The water must penetrate deep into the fabric to effectively combat the stains.
2. soaking time: For heavy or dried stains, leave the water and detergent to work for about 20 minutes before proceeding with the treatment.
3. scrubbing: After the surface is well moistened, scrub the stain with a brush to loosen it.
4. vacuuming: Vacuum the stain at a 30° angle to the object.
Use cleaning solution: For optimum results, we always recommend using a cleaning solution.
