FAQ
The device is not working
Please charge the battery fully before use if it is low.
Low suction power
- Check whether the nozzle or pipe is blocked and clean it.
- Clean the HEPA components if they are dirty.
No water comes out
- Add water to the clean water tank if it is low.
- If the water outlet sealing ring has fallen off, the water pump is malfunctioning, or there is a pipe blockage, send the device to the service center for repair.
Product cannot be charged
- Check if the charging plug is connected properly.
- Ensure the device is completely placed in the charging base.
- Check the connection between the charging head and the charging base for poor contact.
Wastewater tank light is on
- Drain the wastewater in the wastewater tank if it is full.
- Ensure HEPA and the wastewater tank are installed properly.
