Warranty period
The statutory warranty is two years.
How to submit your complaint:
In the event of a defect in the product during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or via our website. If your product was not purchased directly from Uwant-EU, please contact your seller. In the event of a complaint, please always provide us with a detailed description of the defect and your order details (name, order number and order date).
What will Uwant-EU do?
When submitting a complaint, you understand and accept that you may have to return or ship the product to us or our authorized service company for further inspection.
If the product has defects in materials or workmanship and your claim is received within the warranty period, Uwant-EU is responsible for repair and replacement, as well as shipping to and from your location (only within the country or region where the product was originally purchased).
Note: Warranty service is only available in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. The product is not eligible for cross-border or international warranty service. If you choose to receive warranty service in the country or region where the product was originally purchased, you will be responsible for international freight charges from and to your location to the country or region where the product was originally purchased, as well as customs duties and other related fees.
Uwant-EU will, at its sole discretion:
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- replace the product with a new product or a product manufactured using new or refurbished parts that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
- replace the product with a new and improved model that has at least one equivalent or improved function to the original product.
What defects are not compensated?
We assess each complaint individually, but the following complaints are not covered by the warranty
- lIncorrect or excessive use of the item
- lAlways read the product's operating instructions before use!
