Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your order. If something doesn't fit, you can send the unused goods - or accessories - back to us up to 30 days after receipt. *


Register
To make your return, log in to your account or go to the order tracking area. To return your desired order to your MyAccount, go to your order history and click on the desired order. In the order tracking area, please enter the order number and your email address.


Fill out
Now click on the return button and fill out all the fields on the next page. This makes the returns process easier and also makes it significantly faster. The following must be selected or filled out:
– The items in the order to be returned
– The number of items
– The reason for the return
– In the event of a defect, a description of the defect is also required


Send
Once you have filled out everything, submit your return request. We have now received your return request.


Prepare return shipping
From here we take over and check your information. If we have any questions about your return, a service employee will contact you and go through any questions with you.
Afterwards, or if all your return details are sufficient and correct, you will receive an email with a link where you can easily create the return label yourself. For dangerous goods returns and for countries outside the EU, the return label can be found directly in the appendix.


Send back
Now stick the return label on the package and follow the further instructions in the email.


Processing and reimbursement
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will let you know. The shipment will then be checked for the correctness of the data provided. If everything is correct, you will receive a refund of the full amount for the specified items as quickly as possible using the payment details you provided or entered and your return is completed. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. If we check your return and find that one of the items registered for return is missing or damaged, we will contact you again.
