Shipping Policy

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order. We offer free shipping for our products (mite vacuum cleaners and washing vacuum cleaners/carpet cleaners). They are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days depending on where you live.

Delivery & Shipping

As a rule, once payment has been received and the item is in stock, we will arrange delivery within 48 hours. (Delivery within 48 hours of dispatch is possible in Germany).

Note: The above delivery time is the delivery time of most packages under normal circumstances, excluding special weather and logistics delays. All products are shipped from the above warehouse.

After receiving your order, we will do our best to ship it within the specified time frame. Orders received after 12 p.m. on weekdays can only be shipped the next day at the earliest. However, unforeseeable events such as storms, riots and much more can occur. We therefore ask for your understanding that CLS DAFA GmbH (Uwant Europe) cannot be held liable for such shipping delays. To ensure the security of purchases, CLS DAFA GmbH (Uwant Europe) may need to contact customers to confirm orders, which may result in delays. The shipping time may vary depending on the proximity to our warehouse and the availability of the goods.

Customs fees

Because we want to be as transparent as possible, goods purchased from abroad are subject to import duties or commonly known as Value Added Tax (VAT), consumption taxes. This is a common practice in some countries and is collected by local customs authorities. All our products are in stock in our EU warehouses. We pay customs fees for our shipments to Europe in advance, so you don't have to pay any additional sum after ordering from us.



Processing time

We aim to process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends.



Estimated shipping times

Most vacuum cleaner orders are shipped ground and average delivery time is 2-5 business days from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time does not include the processing time or the time needed to clarify further information requested by the customer. We ask for your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or other forms of delays caused by the courier company. All applicable and accurate shipping charges (excluding any customs fees, if applicable) will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.



How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping notification via email/SMS once your order has been shipped. The email/SMS contains the tracking information.



Items damaged in transit

Although we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are well packaged, damage may occur during transportation from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note the reason for the refusal as "damaged". If you cannot refuse the damaged shipment or if damage in transit is hidden, notify us and the courier company immediately. Shipping-related damage must be reported to the courier company and us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Take photos of the damage and ask the courier for confirmation or a claim number. Open a support ticket with CLS DAFA GmbH (Uwant Europe) and describe the damage with photos and the courier confirmation number. Do not throw away the original packaging.



delivery terms

All orders over €200 and warranty service are sent with signature unless the customer requests otherwise or there are other special circumstances. Most deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm and require a signature. Packages returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt will be subject to a re-shipment fee of up to €35 (fee may vary depending on product types).



Incorrect or incomplete address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for and bear the cost of redelivering the order to a corrected address. CLS DAFA GmbH (Uwant Europe) is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
