Return and Refund Policy

Please read the terms below carefully before making a return.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All products purchased through our website must meet these conditions to be entitled to return/exchange.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Before delivery:

You can cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service info@uwant-eu.com to cancel your order.

After shipment:

To request order cancellation after shipment, please contact our service team.

  1. ORDER MODIFICATION

To change an order before the customer has received it, please refer to our shipping terms.

We cannot change an order after the customer has received it. The customer can place a new order and return the products of the original order by contacting our customer service in advance.

All return requests must comply with our return conditions and receive pre-approval from our customer service via email.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
3.2. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 3.1, you must bear the regular costs of return. 
3.3. In addition, the provisions that are set out in detail in the following apply to the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us [CLS Dafa GmbH, Draisstr. 10, 76646 Bruchsal, Germany, +49 (0)72515098806, info@uwant-eu.com] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement on our website (https://account.uwant-eu.com). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Free Exchange:

Customers may reject a package due to significant shipping damage (affecting function) or contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the package due to missing or severely damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will help you arrange the replacement.

In order for us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.

*Definition of critically damaged items: The main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in some way.

Note: The following situations are considered normal and do not qualify for free replacement or refund:

A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
B) Minor scratches or loss of paint on the product.
C) Damage to parts or wear parts after excessive use.
D) Damage to parts or wear parts after a certain period of time or a certain number of uses.

Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have lost or discarded the original packaging, we can deduct up to 50 EURO for new packaging when refunding you. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM.

Refund for quality problems:

If there are any quality problems during this period, we will do our best to provide you with repair and after-sales service

A). Within 30 days (when you receive the package) Defective products can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
B). More than 30 days (when you receive the package) Returns are not accepted, we can help to repair defective products
